Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TimeStream Pro, provided by TradeStream Marketing Corp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

TimeStream Pro is a time-tracking and payroll-preparation tool. It helps you record hours and estimate pay; it is not a payroll processor, tax advisor, or system of legal record. You are responsible for verifying hours and pay before paying employees and for complying with wage-and-hour laws.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Company owners are responsible for activity by users they invite. You must have authority to add the employees you enter.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other companies' data, no reverse engineering, and no use that violates your employees' rights.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeStream Marketing Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
