Privacy Policy

TimeStream Pro is operated by TradeStream Marketing Corp ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to the TimeStream Pro website and application.

Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and password (stored hashed) for company owners and invited employees.
  • Workforce data you enter — employee profiles, pay rates, jobs, time punches, GPS coordinates captured at clock in/out (when enabled), correction requests, and payroll runs.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we store only a customer reference and subscription status, never full card numbers.
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide time tracking and payroll-prep features, authenticate users, calculate hours and pay, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that run the platform on our behalf — hosting and database (Supabase), deployment (Vercel), payments (Stripe), and email delivery — under contracts that limit their use of it. Within a company, an employee's punches and pay are visible to that company's managers and owner. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & security

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting obligations. We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Company-owned records (e.g. timesheets) are controlled by the employing company; direct requests there to your employer. To exercise your rights with us, contact privacy@tradestreammarketing.com.
